The apartment was very comfortable and we particularly liked the lounge/kitchen diner which was modern and well equipped. Located in central Keswick with a parking space outside property. Rich the owner communicated well about arrival information etc. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The only thing I can think of is we found the bed in main room very warm, we would have liked a lighter duvet.

A warm welcome after a very long journey. Really friendly staff in the bar and restaurant. They made conversation, pitched it right for a lone traveller. The room was a good size, bed comfy, great shower, plenty of hot water.

Very nice area to stay in, reasonably take away near by, no touble, very clean, communication between owner was good, great location for public transport, our room was excellent, kitchen everything you need.

In our shared bathroom/ toilet no communal towel for washing hands, need a little attention on crack bath panel. There is a outside courtyard, would need some tlc,just to make it look nicer, as the whole house is a beautiful building, smoking area if raining, perhaps a seating area when sunny,

Didn’t have to ask for anything as everything you might need was provided. It was comfortable and clean, food and breakfast was great always served hot and staff were very nice and friendly.

Really hard bed, breakfast was terrible not served on hot plate was cold in minutes. Used their sister restaurant over the road the evening before food there was poor too. Ordered a steak medium which was so over cooked you could sole your shoe. I had king prawn linguine in white wine sauce looked lovely but absolutely tasteless
