  Good location. Lovely bar. Rory on Reception was great, as was the barman who served us.

  No room service after 22.45 in the evening, which for a 4 star city centre hotel in a city like Manchester is unacceptable. We had to order McDonalds via Deliveroo!!!! Also the bathroom was open in the room only the toilet was separated by a door which was not made clear on the room descriptions. The bedhead of wall covering above it were very dusty

  Bed. The mattress was not good quality. I could feel the wooden bed frame. The shower was almost unusable due to the sloping roof across half the bath. Next time I will need a room with a different shower.q
