Lovely room with a super comfy bed, great bed linen, a mini fridge, small tea station and all sorts of other amenities. Large bathroom with cosy towels and equipped with all bathroom products you need. Krissi creates an excellent breakfast every morning. The best part, however, are the conversations with Krissi & Chris and their tips for excursions, things to do and restaurants. The stay felt more like a visit to friends than a B&B.

Really friendly staff, great welcome with the dog including dog blanket, bowl, poo bags and ball in the room! Let us leave our bags with reception before check in and after check out due to train times which was great. Location was perfect for ease of access to town centre and the beach

The bathroom could do with updating but it was very clean The bed wasn't the most comfortable we had slept in so this could be improved.

The room was tiny, as was the bathroom. Despite being nice and clean, there's no way this can be classed as a 4* hotel. Premier inns are more spacious with more facilities than here.

Arrived during a folk festival which had an excellent atmosphere and didn’t bother us at all. Perhaps some notification of where to park would have been a big help, as the pub car park was full of people and a band (they were very good though 🤣) We had to drive around the town a couple of times before we found a space in the car park behind the coop

It was peaceful and a quiet location after a long evening of travelling.

The mattress dipped in the centre and I could tell it had been slept in a fair amount. I went to make a cup of tea after a late night check-in and found limescale in the bottom of the kettle!? I tried to clean it out but didn't have much luck and I was not impressed! I told a housekeeper the next morning after checking out!?
