Spotlessly clean, chalet has absolutely everything you need, it was very quiet. Not overlooked by any other chalets and you can have your breakfast outside, or looking at the trees and wildlife in the morning in the sunshine. Neighbours polite and quiet too. We'll equipped kitchen. Lidl and Sainsburys just round the corner and Dartmouth itself very close so ideal location. Chalet at bottom of caravan park so away from any road noise and much more private. No washing machine but we washed necessary stuff in the sink as here for nearly 2 was, clothes horse in chalet and launderette in Dartmouth if you really need one. We just loved this place, Andy and Debbie really helpful with advice on where to visit and checking everything OK. Can't wait to go back. Dartmouth is a fabulous place to visit, near coastal paths and the town full of history and great shops and places to eat.

Downstairs lounge etc comfortable, modernised and welcoming. Room clean, warm and well stocked with beverages. Two fans and an extra heater in room in case needed. The only hotel i’ve stayed in where there was actually plenty of beverages and milks for hot drinks, and they were topped up when room was cleaned the next day. Had fresh towels the second day too. Very good. Beds were comfortable. Staff are approachable and friendly. Location for beach is brilliant, short walk to shops and main streets.

Bedroom was a bit tired although very clean. Shower over a bath was a bit weak and not the hottest but was adequate. Would be great to have a shelf in the bathroom for our toiletries, plenty of room for one. There was an extra locked door in the bedroom which would have led out to the main corridor. Noise came through and light around door edges during the night. Would be better to block it off totally really.

Reception staff friendly and helpful, room large and accessible for wife's wheelchair, breakfast staff helpful, plentiful food to choose from.

Breakfast although good could use fresher bread and hot stand a little bigger to make it easier to serve food on plate.
