The room was filthy, the sheets/bedding had not been washed. The carpet was so putrid I didn’t want to remove my shoes. The toilet was disgusting, the kitchen facilities were dirty and there was a note to say the bin had been attracting rats. It was like a crack den and I wouldn’t even let a homeless person sleep there. The was a loud alarm in the middle of the night and I did not feel safe in the property. The hand rail on the stairs had fallen off and was just propped up against the wall on the living area. The whole place needs gutting and starting again. Extremely dirty and smelly 🤮🤢

Beautiful hotel over looking Fistral Beach, lovely lobby and seating area, restaurant and breakfast choices excellent. Lovely bar for evenings. Nice pool and jacuzzi area, lovely touch to get robes for use. Amazing toiletries in bathroom - organic. Riims very clean, lovely shortbread with tea/coffee. Staff very helpful & friendly. Complimentary drink as we were celebrating an anniversary

The breakfast was absolutely delicious- nice stay for us as we went to London to watch Stranger things the first shadow. 13 min walk from hotel perfect location, staff super helpful friendly. Greeted with smile

Everything was smooth, from booking the room and attending the hotel and our stay was simply pleasant and fun. The room was tidy and clean, the AC unit was working fine and the bed was comfortable and cozy.

Staff in restaurant were great, friendly, helpful and caring. Food was first rate. Room was good, generally. The staff in the restaurant saved the stay from being a total thumbs down along with good food.

Was a little disappointed that breakfast on a Saturday did not start until 10.00hrs. Too late for someone on a work trip and someone travelling over 500miles on that day. No reduction in price of stay was allowed. Attitude of receptionist a little un-helpful. Also the mattress on the bed was very thin and worn and was not comfortable. Near to my room was a function which was noisy and I only had about 4 hours sleep do to the noise. Shame, as my stay could have been so much better if some better customer care had been considered, I feel.

Lovely size room with sea view..breakfast was great and staff made you feel very welcome they where very approachable..good size shower and spotlessly clean.

We where on top floor so had great view but you had to climb few flights of stairs but good for your health!
