  The location is perfect, with easy access to both the city center and less then 5 min walk to Moseley Village explore the bars . The apartment itself is cozy, stylish, and modern can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.A fantastic host who goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay always checked in made sure everything was good. Upon checkin we was welcomed with some snacks fuel us up, a welcome book with plenty of recommendations on the area and things to do (very helpful) If your a foodie then this place is literally 3 min walk to all food joints whether its a steak,curry,or dessert there all on your door step. Has 1 parking space on drive along with off road parking. Also added a new sofa whilst we was there can relax more Will defo reccomend

  The stairway outside the enterance to top flats looked bit old which dint bother us at all due to being on ground floor. The host did state the front garden will be newly done by summer i.e fire pit- lighting - grass outdoor chills etc 🍷

  Staff were helpful and friendly. Good value and location for exploring the city. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water.

  TV signal constantly pixelated (used my iPad). Cooked veggie breakfast inconsistent-one day no grilled tomato, this morning no grilled tomato or mushroom. Charger socket in bathroom 226 didn’t work.

  The bed was very uncomfortable. The matrass springs poke in your back. I also did'nt like the facilities. For example, the showers have an on button, but they only stay on for 3 seconds... There are also to few facilities available for the number of people staying.

  Shower was very poor hardly any water coming out of it cobwebs on the ceilings wallpaper on the landings coming off toilet on landing was full of an old mattress and Rubbish breakfast was okay could’ve done me more toast
