Gorgeous hotel in picturesque Shieldaig. The hotel and rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Ease of parking at the front of the hotel. The adjoining pub and restaurant is full of character and delicious food. Can’t wait to return!

No cutlery provided. Also our apartment was situated close to a bar or restaurant which closed at 3am on weekdays and 4am on Saturdays. Crowds can be a bit noisy.

It was a wedding and the staff and premises were fantastic, only thing was as we were staying overnight and had to use the stairs to get to rooms, there was equipment laid on the stairs making it hard for a registers blind person and a person with mobility issues to try and navigate this obstacle as it only left a small space to try and walk by.

The bed was rubbish the tele was very old and small you can barley see it when your lying in bed. My breakfast was shocking sausage was under cooked there was a hair on it and I also found egg shell on my plate.

The inflexibility of the of check-in process. Cleanliness can be better. The shower heater was too hot and cannot be adjusted even if you turn to the coldest setting.
