Staff were very friendly and helpful The superior room was amazing Room 5 , they also accommodated our very well behaved elderly dog , the views were breathtaking so staying in at night after long days sightseeing was very enjoyable and relaxing . The breakfast and choices were good , and the meals were lovely and they made their own biscuits for the room. We will definitely stay again .

I understand it’s eco friendly , but I couldn’t use the soap to wash my hair , so had to buy my own. The fridge was very small , there was no coffee machine as it states on booking .com . There was only one decaf coffee , in the room , this was quickly resolved by me asking the waitress at breakfast and she got me a supply . The room and bathroom was very clean however I think the wooden blinds in our room , there were 2 big ones , hadn’t been cleaned in a good while , very dusty and one didn’t work properly . The room was cleaned and replenished every day but the floor was not hoovered ? I know this because there was lots of hair stuck in corners and still on floor when we got back later . The skirting boards were dusty but this is minor . Great size TV but was not HD so watching the euro football was bleary sadly . For the high end price of the room I thought this would be important for most guests . The balcony floor looked like it needed a good scrub but the view was amazing . The restaurant overlooks the pool which I think is a bit personal when taking a dip with restaurants onlookers , however the view from the pool was lovely. Despite these things we would still go back , great base to visit other places . Lots of wardrobe room in room 5 and very spacious, don’t expect eat as much as you like help yourself breakfast , there’s only so much laid out , melon mainly , yogurt , bread for toast croissants and cereals , home made jams and marmalades , but this stops too much food wastage I think and that’s what they are striving for , the cooked breakfast , some days only one sausage others 2 ? I think for the cost of our stay we should have been given 2 eggs and 2 sausages and maybe a nice feature would’ve been one sausage for our dog ? I gave my dog my only sausage . Most places we have stayed give you 2 sausages and 2 eggs . However what we were given tasted lovely and the eggs were very fresh with an orange yolk .

Very clean, large room and bathroom, very comfy big bed, great breakfast too. Good location, only 5 min walk to Buchanan St and 10 mins to George Sq. Secure safe parking in the Q Park opposite with a 50% discount on the usual rates

Excellent hots, very friendly and helpful. Good location for our day tripping, it's a very beautiful part of the world. The little house had all we needed to keep us comfortable for our stay.
