The room was a bit dusty I could see dust flying in the air, since I am claustrophobic I would be happier if the room had an open window for fresh air. However it was a good size room and will all facilities that are expected. Breakfast room was clean & everything was well organised I cannot complain about that. My son is allergic to dust so he kept on saying that the room is dusty and I can confirm that he was absolutely right.

The parking is paid & I don’t think it is fair on guests who drive there, however luckily there are space in front of the hotel which is free but still hard to find an a vacant space. The dusty room was a bit of a disappointment and no windows for me is a bit of a situation where I feel stuck and claustrophobic.

Great location, a short walk to Fareham train station, a small independent hotel with everything you need, very friendly staff, good breakfast and excellent value for money. Nice filter coffee in room. On a busy road but had a room at the back so no noise .Plenty of parking on site. Very nice conservatory dining room overlooking lovely gardens. Already booked in to stay again.

The property was in a great location with the seafront being just outside. The bees were comfortable and the shower hot. It was also useful having a mini fridge in the room. There were good sized fitted wardrobes, too.

Room was great with plenty of space. My visit was to meet up with my disabled mother so it was great that we could be comfortable in our room as we didn't go out very much. Location is great. Beds were comfy.

Lighting isn't great and one of the standing lamps didn't work. The shower (accessible room) didn't drain so the entire floor of the bathroom was under water when I had a shower. The toilet was partly obstructed by the accessible basin. The automatic doors (entrance to hotel) were out of order and I had to get help to get through the doors with my mum's wheelchair. I couldn't leave her outside in the rain whilst I got a member of staff so luckily a passer-by helped me. The bar and restaurant were both closed during my visit.
