We've stayed lots of times previously and love the location. Staff member checking us in was excellent - so helpful and friendly. Family room has been upgraded and was excellent. Much improved with nice sofa and also a nice sitting area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower are much better.

Member of staff approached re having a drink on arrival was very off hand and unfriendly. Wouldn't let us sit in bar meal area although it was quiet. Restaurant area looks very good but bar meal area has lost it's all it's quirky character and has lost all it's history. Very disappointing. Food for bar supper was disappointing. Member of staff doing breakfast was very rigid - no flexibility re choices. Had to argue to get scrambled egg and bacon. Not in a rush to come back, unfortunately.

The room was clean, pleasant and well appointed. There was a decent coffee pod machine (some decaf coffee would be nice) , microwave and fridge. Bathroom was nice. The cats were cute.

The location is very nearby the airport and near to Southall, so if you are a (indian/pakistani) food lover this is a very good option. everything is nearby.

the weather in the evening got little hot, and although we did saw an Airco outside unit compressor, we didnt got it to work properly or at all. the thermostat was not doing its job properly. perhaps a small manual on how to get it working ? also it would be nice if there was a little ambiance , maybe some RITUALS fragnances here and there , but the house was neat and clean and comfortable beds. shower was clogged, definitely should please check that , and keep it well maintained.

Location. Very close to railway and bus stations, and city centre pubs and restaurants.

Almost no soft furnishings. Window blinds had to be kept closed so that passers by outside couldn't look into the bedroom and kitchenette. No manual light switch for the bathroom. It was automatic and sometimes it didn't work. Security - there is a door to the outside through which anyone can enter your room if they know the code. You cannot lock this from the inside. The fire alarm system beeped constantly throughout my stay. I think it indicated a fault. This was pointed out to the owner but not fixed.
