Not been updated in 40 plus years easily and I think that is maybe why is smelt so musty. Obviously hotel was aware as window was open when I arrived. Water in the kettle when I arrived so i didnt use it. Two single beds but only one coffee. Mucky around the bin in bathroom and down side of one cabinets. Very dusty on top of wardrobe. Iron was like 3 pound budget type which is fine but at least 10 years old and burnt my collar of shirt. Was cheapish for room but have had much nicer experience in many other places for same price. Also charging 7 quid for Internet is a rip off. Definitely not gonna book this hotel chain ever again. Staff on arriving was at least nice and bed fine and sheets clean. It just really stunk was worst issue

The studio was super nice, especially for the price. It was also very welcome that there was a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen had everything necessary, and the bathroom was nice!

When we placed our booking, we got the automatic notification that we had to check in online in order to get the entrance codes for the front door and our apartment door. Buttttt, when we arrived at the front door we still had not received the e-mail containing this information. So we called, and called, and called a couple times more but no reply. After half an hour of trying to get in contact with the owners I got someone on the phone. Afterwards everything worked out fine, but it wasn't really chill that we had to wait out in the cold wind for quite some time.

Quiet country style hotel. Stayed for 3 nights with my Mum. We had one evening meal and 3 breakfasts which were all lovely. Staff were all helpful & friendly

My Mum is in her 80s and not a big eater. I felt the evening meal was a bit pricey and would have liked the option to order lighter bar meal.

Came back from an event at the SSE Arena on a Saturday night. Phoned for room service at 22:50, requesting some items on the menu for up until 23:00, along with an item that was on the all night menu. I asked would it be an issue ten minutes before the 23:00 cut off, and was assured it would be ok. At midnight, still no sign of anything or anyone. I called down, and the employee said they would look into it. They called me back five minutes later and explained the chef had gone and didn’t process the order. Apologised and offered some free pizzas to make up for it, but at that point it was so late, we just said to leave it and went to sleep. Was really disappointing and a big let down.

Cleaning and there were guests who took too long in the bathroom, two nights someone of the guests was smoking (Green) and the whole apartment smelled
