This accomodation really surpassed my expectations. I only spent a night here but everything about my experience was positive. My flight landed at night and I had excellent communication with the hotel arriving at 2200. The room was extremely comfortable and I appreciated the tea and coffee in the room. The beds were extremely comfortable and before I knew it it was time to check out

Excellent location especially if you get the ferry into Stromness, and also if you want to travel around the main land for sight seeing. Good amenities, everything worked well and the location is very quiet with beautiful views. Lovely welcome pack. The fudge, cheese and crackers didn't last long.

Would benefit from some shelves or drawers for clothes storage in the 2nd bedroom rather than a suitcase stand, for those stopping more than a long weekend to feel more at home

The hotel stay was overpriced & every time we studied the hotel prior to booking, Booking.com kept putting the price up. We do not agree with dogs in hotels. Breakfast room was noisy. The evening meal at the Toby Carvery next door was poor & not recommended.

The caravan was not cleaned very good. There was a lot of stains all over the seating area and walls etc. There was pizza inside the fold up bed and empty crisp packets under the beds. The mirror had hand prints all over, the cooker hadnt been cleaned. The glasses were dirty, there was mould and grime all in the shower, outside the van on the path near the veranda there was 2 bags full of dog poo. Which is not good as my 3 year old granddaughter was wanting to play outside. Overall needs a bloody good clean
