The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. The sofa and beds were comfy. There were all necessary cookware for preparing meals instead of eating outside. The customer service team was responsive and always trying to help. We were allowed for substantial early check-in and late check-out.

The cooking utensils were quite worn out, especially the water kettle was heavily eroded inside. There was no rubbish bin and rack for holding toilet roll in the bathroom. I would suggest all door locks to be replaced by digital locks. This could prevent a whole set of lock and keys to be replaced if a customer lose a set of keys, which happened to me. My security deposit was deducted for 180 pounds.

Excellent accommodation! Exceeded my expectations. The room was brilliant - so much space and the beds were really comfortable. The view outside was lovely. The breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and delicious. Such a friendly atmosphere. We definitely want to come back!

Good communication. Great location. Nice little extra touches like milk and wine in the fridge. I used it as a base for running the marathon and exploring the area, and it was perfect. Even got an unrequested late check out which was a bonus.

The hotel managers, Ele and Jim, are great: welcoming and with lots of tips on the area. The cooked-to-order breakfast was truly wonderful! The property is quiet, safe and clean, the room big, bright and quiet. We had a wonderful stay!

Sat down at 6 30 for evening meal only one starter had appeared by 7 45 left the table without eating a main course too late now for us to eat.
