  Location perfect to visit our friends. Our stay was pleasant and staff were friendly.

  Lack of coffee and milk in the room. We stayed two nights and it was not topped up when the room was serviced therefore we were unable to have coffee in the room on our second morning. Could do with some redecoration but I understand they are new owners so hopefully this will happen in time. Breakfast was only served until 9.30, this is really early for a weekend, would be great if that could be extended until a bit later. Car park is small but there is a huge car park a 2 minute walk away and cheap.

  the hotel was nice. but... the showers were awful. a constant stream of cold water and then burning hot water. I tild the front desk but nothing happened. they just said it isn't something that should happen and they will look into it. During the day the fairy crosses the river rarely.

  I have emails a detailed complaint to the hotel with no response. Our room was dirty and we had to move rooms, the health suit was cold and we had issues when trying to get into the restaurant at night! The photo attached was what met us in our room!! Clearly the room had not been cleaned
