      Bacisly It was fair enough good because of location and few days stay. Many restaurant,food shops and only few minutes walk to tower bridge and metro station and for hop-on hop-off. We had luck because our windows face not to direct to trainline and it was just a bit noisy as normal. The staff of this accomodation was so kind and take care about how we feel and also need something.

      Unfortunately our bed wasn't perfect because of size and quality.The pillows were so hard and high but we used the small ones and were much comfortable.the floor in the studio wasn't cleaned.its important they asked to clean it but we said just leave it. Instead of this I prefer to anyone because such a big problem(s) we didn't have.😉

      It’s not that I wanted to go and stay here but rather we stayed here because there weren’t many other places in the area to stay. The room was nice and the receptionist’s (2) were both nice

      The bar staff / waiters were rude. We both wanted to eat but weren’t informed about the bar menu, only the restaurant menu was offered, which was very expensive (we are not tourists) but then my wife saw the bar menu, we both oredered the fish and chips, it was £17.00 which is o pop probably about average for fish and chips, yet when it arrived the portions were tiny, my wife told me not to complain but I did anyway, I said to the the barman waiter that it was ridiculously small portions to which the very young barman/waiter retorted “I don’t think so, sir” “I didn’t ask you what you think”, I said, I’m not asking for your opinion either, but the cheeky waiter had the balls to stand there and argue with me that I was in the wrong and how correct he was, he was only about 18 years of age, he nearly didn’t make it to his next birthday but my wife calmed me down and the waiter lived to see another day, I will never stay here again, I have worked in the hotel trade for over 40 years and I didn’t appreciate the way he spoke down to me.

      The whole experience was horrific. After receiving a booking confirmation, I was then told that I needed to send a copy of my passport and pay a £100 deposit which was not mentioned on the listing. After providing this, I was told that the booking may be cancelled as I lived “too close” to the vicinity and most people who lived in the area tend to cause damage to the property. I called this out as blatant discrimination and then was told that I could continue with the booking. If I had not already paid then I would have cancelled at this point. I then arrived at the property to find a stained sofa, no sofa bedding was provided, a rail hanging off the wall and a window overlooking the busy road which did not lock properly. On the day of checkout, a cleaner arrived half an hour before checkout time and said that we needed to leave. To which I responded - it was not time and I would be leaving at the agreed time. Once we did checkout, I received a prompt email saying that I would not be receiving my deposit due to damage that had been caused to the floor. I am so thankful that I took pictures and videos of the property on arrival so I was able to dispute this and demand my deposit. Terrible stay and really ruined my plans for the weekend. DO NOT BOOK!

      In the middle of town, so easy to find

      No soap or shampoo in bedroom. No small towels. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast, but then they seemed surprised when we arrived on time. Coffee was just a small weak cup of coffee, with no top ups. After that about 20 minutes later a cooked breakfast ( no choice) appeared with toast. Orange juice & cereal might have been nice! The food itself was good.

      The property was in awful condition. The bed linen and towels were thrown on the floor and sofa. The mattresses were bare with no linen. The bedsheets were crumpled on the bed. Kitchen and bathroom were dirty and rubbish bins not emptied. There was a bad smell. I reached with kids and could not stay there. I had to book alternative accomodation.
