Shower was quite small and difficult to use, the room wasn’t very soundproof as the hotel became quite noisy in the morning. The aircon leaked a lot of water every time I tried to use it which was quite annoying

Overpriced for that weekend for some reason went from 80-90 for a night to £180 that particular weekend, not value for money despite location. Also given disability room which lower washbasin with a bad back was not good.

Large group bookings taking priority over individual stays. Monday informed no meals, only 24/7 menu available due to group booking. After complaining said they would open for normal menu after 19.00. Beds weren't made properly, only duvet pulled up. Our inner was right at the bottom all lumpy. Had to sort out inner ourselves.

Di. Er and drinks the night of the stay, we ordered food which was of very poor quality and slow. Cocktails priced at £13 were outrageous, particularly as the mojitos were basically lemonade and syrup..
