We had a very enjoyable stay. Lucy was amazing. She checked us in showed us our room and also served drinks and food in the evening. The breakfast was very good. The room was extremely clean, warm and welcoming

The fridge wasn’t working and we were not informed of this prior to our stay. I actually called and informed the property of this on Saturday, the phone wasn’t answered again so I left a message, to which I wasn’t replied to. When we arrived there was a towel on the floor left at the fridge, which indicated there was something wrong but wasn’t told so assumed it was okay. As me and my friend knew we had a kitchen to use in the apartment we went shopping to cook breakfast and dinner for our stay before we arrived. I switched the fridge on and put all our stuff in there. When it came to the morning I checked on our food and the chocolate that we bought had actually melted! The fridge was hot and had an awful smell which caused my pregnant friend to be triggered and she was sick all day so we couldn’t enjoy our first full day! We had to throw away the majority of our food! On top of this, the toilet hadn’t been scrubbed as there was green toilet cleaner left in the bowl. Also all of the cups, mugs and plates were left with food stains and hadn’t been cleaned properly, I actually hand washed everything I used before using it and they came out cleaner! So they obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly prior to our arrival, or the dishwasher hadn’t cleaned them thoroughly enough. The apartment was terrible to find, one way roads and the sat nav constantly rerouting me. I had to call the property several times and was only until the 8th call that it was picked up, baring in mind I was driving around like a melon trying to find the place and wasting petrol! The guy on the phone didn’t have any idea of the area and wasn’t that helpful. I was never sent a postcode and address to the car park, I was only sent instructions on how to get there, with isn’t helpful when your driving. Overall the stay wasn’t great and I would appreciate being compensated for this.

We were told no breakfast for the days we were there as chef was sick!😉but we were given cereal for kids and milk this saved our day as little ones were hungry
