Great location, 5 minutes from the underground. Amazing coffee shops just a minutes walk away. Staff were lovely and out of hours check in procedure was communicated perfectly. There were plenty of toilets and showers so never had to wait for one. Dining room had everything needed to make your own food. Bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage and everywhere was incredibly clean. Free parking at the hostel in Camden town was amazing and quite large, didn't even have an issue when we arrived at 23:00!

Standing fan in the room didn't work but this wasn't needed on our stay and if it were we could have easily rectified this by talking to the lovely staff. Beds were a tad hard but certainly not uncomfortable, especially after a long day. Toilets are quite low so if this could be an issue due to mobility I would reach out to the staff before booking, they answered our messages promptly.

Hotel is located in the nice west part of Bournemouth and fairly central ,close to the pier BIC centre , park and shops , had a couple of problems with the room initially but the owner soon rectified this and upgraded my room with no problem at all ,after all the hotel had only just opened and not quite finished, the hotel and room seemed freshly decorated and clean throughout , shower was good . Room was quiet.

The bed mattress was a bit too firm for my liking . an extra charge for parking should be mentioned on the booking.com website .

Very nice Hotel with beautiful location, lovely staff and the breakfast was excellent! The room itself was very spacious and the view from the window was exactly what we were expect!

Well, the windows are complete disaster! Particularly the left wing! It did closed, but has left a huge gap between the frames and therefore the noise coming from the main road was horrible! There was no sound barrier at all! we did have a little quality of sleep as a results! The next issue was the nasty smell coming from the drainage system in our bathroom. The Sink itself has a drainage problem as well! In short it was blocked and the water drained down very slowly. The last thing was that we have no hot water in our last day of stay at all! Therefore no shower! Not nice must say! Fix all those hiccups and Im pretty sure you will be one of the best place to stay in!

The exterior of the building looked very run down and frightened me initially, especially as we were unable to gain access to the apartment as there was no reception and the main entrance to the building was not the actual entrance to our apartment and the door key was dodgy.We ended up receiving help from a local who was very helpful and advised where we were to go.
