Settings were beautiful, and the whole building is very pretty, decor and all added extras were to a high quality, and the location was good for where we needed to be. They provided fresh milk & orange juice for us & a great selection of teas and coffees for the morning. The shower was to a good pressure and temperature was easily managed. Shampoo, bodywash, soap, conditioner and body lotion were provided. The place was very clean. Luckily there was someone around for an early check in as I didn't recieve a response from The Old Rectory if we were able to do this beforehand.

The bed was very uncomfortable, I'm usually not a fussy person when it comes to firm beds but this bed was exceptionally firm to the point I couldn't get to sleep easily and woke up with a bit of pain. Also we got woken up around midnight by the guests staying above us, you can hear everything, even their conversation was so clear we could understand every word, their floor boards are so creaky too. There was also only 1 towel so me and my partner had to share.

My family and I thought this was amazing value for money. It’s spotlessly clean, roomy and nicely decorated. Jess is a perfect host who responds quickly to enquiries. Moreover, she was incredibly kind to us when my Channel qualifying swim got pushed back and I needed a few hours extra at the accommodation. A lovely genuine host who was very easy to contact.

Nothing. It was perfect for us. The position of the caravan was perfect: quiet and in a really pretty spot. We headed down into The Bay to have dinner at The Coastguards, and took our dog on beautiful walks at The National Trust Lighthouse spot just down the road.

After upgrading from a cosy room to one of the best rooms, we had issues with the hot water flowing brown and the shower enclosure leaked into the room below. The apartment was great otherwise and we were given a full refund on the upgrade so they dealt with us well.

The bed was very comfortable and a good size for a single bed.

The carpet was dirty it still had bits on it. No heating in the room had to have a heater brought up. Breakfast was just lukewarm for the hot selection. And missing mushrooms and chopped tomatoes would have been nice, too

shampoo refill incident didn't addressed well. It was not functioning i had to open it's top and manually use hand to get shampoo, which was not good from hygiene point of view. When i left room, it was still same state. I feel some front desk people are not that responsive. Management can look into it for betterment.
