Maggi and Sam were the perfect hosts. Flossy is a love and so placid. Breakfast was great and good value for money and the location was within walking distance of a good pub full of real ale and good food. An excellent base for visiting Sheffield and surrounding areas

We went along the A57 from the west to get there. Would not do that road again and steer clear of Lodge Lane if you can. Awful road.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was set in attractive grounds and had designated parking. It was on main bus routes into town but it was also within 20 mins walking distance of city centre. We appreciated that we could take our dog.

It was an inconvenience to have to go to an office on Union Street to pick up keys. We also had to pay a £200 deposit after we had booked. This was returned promptly but is not something we have had to do before.

Lovely staff! Could not do enough for us and were there for whatever throughout the stay. They allowed us to have a late check out without any extra charge and went out of their way to ensure we had breakfast to take on the road with us.

It was an excellent location, in the centre of the town. It was close to amenities - restaurants, shops , attractions . The apartment was clean with amenities , the host had clearly thought of our comfort

Staff super helpful and friendly, especially manager. Food good and reasonably priced. Bar still open when we got back from CO-OP Live Arena. Good links for tram to venu.

Location was great! Very short walk to the Roman baths area. Parking was payable but cap at 15 pounds which is reasonable by UK standards.

The pillows were a little dusty. Both my kid and I had itchiness at our necks in the middle of the night (we’re both with sensitive skin).

All gender showers. I woke up in the morning and I found a man laying on the ground on his underwear only. I felt very uncomfortable I've been in hostels in UK before and never saw it. I believe other girls should know that before booking.
