Large modern well equipped room ( we appreciate a fridge and ironing board) with nice Welsh touches. A good size modern bathroom with plentiful hot water although water pressure could be improved. Very professional helpful manager at check in , very good customer service. Good hotel quality bed matress. The ability to book a late check out was great.

Flimsy pillows , surly gentleman serving in the restaurant in the evening. Nothing less helpful than a roll of the eyes and a big sigh when you ask for less ice in your drink .

Amazing location, literally 2 mins away from the centre! Lovely modern decor, fantastic Wi-Fi, the shower and pressure was great, and we cannot fault the staff for being so welcoming and attentive! Not the biggest of apartments, but just about big enough for a short stay for 2.

The level of cleanliness was okay, but the biggest issue for us was that not a single window in the property opened at all, which made us feel quite claustrophobic at times. Also the air vents in the ceiling couldn’t be closed, which we didn’t mind too much but for someone looking for a completely silent nights sleep, this could be an issue as the flat is next to the ring road. The building itself was very dirty and quite creepy feeling, we had a lot of trouble navigating our way around it upon arrival, but once we made it to the flat it was the complete opposite - sooo much nicer and we felt very safe. Also we couldn’t use any apps on the TV!

Close to shops restaurants and the Apollo Hammersmith And a lovely Wetherspoon pub adjoining the hotel , the best one I’ve ever been in. Hotel very clean.

The towel rail was very high on the wall and in a very odd place next to the toilet above the toilet roll holder , quite an odd layout.
