The staff were very helpful and friendly They held our bags before and after check out time which was very helpful and with it being right near the train station as it meant not having to carry heavy bags around with you The hotel was in a very good place right near the train station and metro The bar was good and served sone good cocktails

Wow. What a gem! We wanted great value for money, a comfy bed, a quiet night sleep, clean property and no frills. We didn't need anywhere super posh or a bar/restaurant. We just needed somewhere basic but comfortable as a base. This was absolutely perfect.

Every thing. We had a lovely stay at Sunnyside ,modern, clean ,comfortable great shower. Every thing with in walking distance. Lovely little out side area with garden furniture .Parking was great.

Just one little niggle. The rubber seal around the freezer door needs a good clean as there was lots of mould.

The hotel has great potential, It is in a beautiful location, had good parking and a beautiful garden.

poor quality breakfast, too expensive, no reception, poor communication before arrival, dirty upholstery, far too crowded breakfast room with tables. The rooms are very very hot, we stayed in May and could not sleep because of the heat. The quality of food is definitely below standard, breakfast is really not adequate for this sort of hotel and for the dates we paid. The management have decided to close reception, so the waiters (wonderful staff by the way) switch from being bar/room waiters to checking people in and out. Two of bars - which are the most beautiful rooms in the hotel overlooking the garden have been closed off for lack of personnel. The decor is outdated, most upholstery in the dining area is stained and the general smell of the place is unpleasant. Some of the rooms we were given (I booked 8) were small, dark and noisy. All in all, the place is run cheaply with no care for quality and we were left with the clear feeling of having been ripped off. Great kudos to the staff who put up with it all with a smile.

Waited over 45 mins for breakfast when we were on a tight schedule We also had a broken room door in which caused some issues Room was really small for a twin but we liked how it was decorated and make it feel cosy

For the size of the room there could have been another bed as there were 3 of us and one had to climb the bunk bed
