  Friendly & helpful staff, good to have a swimming pool & one in which you can actually swim. Excellent location in Angmering, handy for coastal and country walks. Good choice of breakfast, freshly cooked & served. Didn't have dinner this time but we know from previous visit that it is equally good. As we attended a funeral with buffet provided afterwards we can confirm that the food for that was excellent, not just sandwiches as often happens.

  Nice large twin bedded sea view room but was very tied and needs a full refurbishment. The seperate shower was very small. The Breakfast, Dinner and Bar were Excellent as always served by lovely friendly staff which makes the enjoyable experience.

  Our Sea view twin room was rather tied and needs a full refurbishment. The Carpet heavily crumpled, old mismatch furniture and decoration needed on walls and window surrounds.
