Very professional and helpful reception on our arrival - and it was good to be offered a map and shown routes into the town and to the railway. We particularly liked the location - especially the ease of walking to the station. Next visit may be by train. The room was comfortable and the breakfast good.

I can’t tell you how welcome the warm reception of the lovely lady was at check in. The weather was appalling and we had had a difficult day walking - we were warmly welcomed and the accommodation was immaculately clean and sooo warm and comfortable! Highly highly recommended!

Lobby area is modern, nice and comfortable seating area with a bar. Bedroom was very nice. Very comfortable hotel - great price (I paid more for a backpackers hostel in the Isale of Skye!!). Location is great - right next to Glasgow Central Station.

A man was banging on a door in the hotel to get into a room - I am not sure what the problem was. The hotel sorted out the problem.

Great hosts who gave good advice on local attractions. Laundromat just around the corner. Walking distance to promenade and restaurants.

Parking on Street could be a bit demanding, but we managed ok. One afternoon parked around the corner but moved it closer in the evening.

The accomodation had been double booked, Booking.com's error. The property arranged alternative accomodation straight away which was better than what we had initially booked

The shower was broken, I couldn’t turn the tap off as the knob fell to pieces and I had to call room service to turn it off and they were getting maintenance in

The appointment is split level and we where not aware of this and it doesn't tell you this in the booking. There where dirty glasses is the cupboard. The bedding for the sofa bed didn't have any covers. The miss match towel where old. The staff do not reply to any messages or email's. The fire alarm in the riom was missing. The fire escape was blocked. The WiFi doesn't work at all. The welcome was an WhatsApp that came through the day after we arrived. I could go on......

It is nothing at all like the website don’t know where they got their pictures from but definitely not the hotel. Ask for a cot when arrived ask was granddaughter okay in double bed with us. So glad i took a travel cot. No where to put clothes only a little rail thing no drawers.
