We were greeted by Andrew the host and he kindly directed us into the property. A beautiful house with excellent facilities and a stunning view. The farmhouse was larger than I expected, and decorated beautifully. There were plenty of towels, toiletries supplied. The kitchen was fitted to a high standard with top end appliances. The two lounges were very comfortable and cosy with large tvs and good wifi throughout. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. A private garden with summerhouse, a patio table and chairs to enjoy the mountain views. The adjacent field with a pond for dog walking was great. We had a fabulous stay with everything you could want for.

The room was exceptional everything that we could have wanted and near to shops, bars and restaurants. . Staff very pleasant and helpful with a fab breakfast offering plenty of variety. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

All round, clean and tidy, modern apartment a stones throw away from town .shops pubs and 15 mons walk from trainstation .comfy bed just overall a lovely experience staff really easy to get hold of an helpful excellent service 👌

Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Location was amazing looking down on the beach. Close to shops and not far from center of Edinburgh. Perfect location for a family holiday. Highly recommend 😃

Only 1 bathroom and the 1 toliet was in the bathroom. Not very convenient for a family of five but we managed. This in no way hindered our stay.

Very nice modern , bed comfy , nice bathroom, location would of been better if the tube over the road was actually open. I would recommend to anyone in the area , very nice place

We was able to leave our luggage in storage as we got there earlier than what we could check in which I am greatful for but I think u should be able to checkin before 3pm really

Needs updating and hot water dispenser in hallway. No kettle in room, so if wanted a hot drink, you had to make it hallway and carry it upstairs.
