Bed was fine, and desk was useful. 24 hour reception was friendly and came with me to show me the room which would have been difficult to find as in another building with a seperate entrance.

A bit cold in room. Had to go down a corridor for the shower and WC, with no provision of soap etc. Had to take the towel with me. Just a basic room with no tea makingf provisions, no meals etc. Provided a bed for the night, but that was all. If I had known more, I might have taken tea bags, sugar, soap and shampoo, and some snacks.

Not a lot really, no where to sit in the bar, lifts were so slow, the receptionist looked like she really didn’t want to be there, and the service in the bar and restaurant wasn’t good !

It was tired, it was over subscribed, it fits in well at Manchester airport, as that is also tired and inefficient.

Location was out of town, but a nice view from the terrace. The owner is very helpful and welcoming, offering to use the fridge coffee milk etc. No rush to leave, relaxed

A bit of a drive from the beach, was cold in the night with a very thin duvet and no additional blanket in the room, on top of the room door is a window with the hall light shining in the room, could have cleaned under the bed.

I did not know this place was primarily for pets. Im not a fan of animals, but safe to say all pets were behaved.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing I’d mention is to request a room on an elevator floor if you can’t carry your bags up stairs as some rooms are only accessible via stairs.
