Great place to stay and super friendly hosts too ,room was fantastic and great value for money too. Room had everything I needed from shower and a kettle too ,great location it's just off from the main drag so peaceful away from the fairground rides etc. Would re book again no problem at all ,great laid back owners too who really care about their guests.

Location is perfect, very quiet and peaceful, close to beach and shops, a very beautiful spot. Parking was not a problem, we managed to find a space. Host was very helpful with lots of information regarding things to do and eating out which was appreciated.

Toilet was very unsteady, I reported it straight away and was told someone would contact to fix it but no one did, we were advised to use downstairs toilet which was not ideal for mobility reasons. Bedroom blind fitted on outside of widow frame sitting quiet a bit out so leaves a big gap at the side of the window letting lots of light in and with how the bed is situated it is in your face. No long mirror in bedroom, no where to sit and do hair and makeup, very few hangers provided so maybe bring some with you.

When we arrived there was a self check in situation, had to ring a number and get a combination code to get the key which was fine.

Parking was a massive issue for not just us but others as well. They could take out the front fence so you can get another car in easier. There are 4 spots you can park and it's very tight. I wouldn't choose to stay there again sorry to say.

Central location. Very pretty running stream outside which makes a lovely sound. Warm and friendly staff. A family feel.

The velux windows. Had to keep the Velux window in my room completely shut when I went to bed due to the loud noise of the stream outside and in order to keep the room dark. This made the room warm and stuffy. I opened my window when I woke up and got the fresh air going.

Superior room - curtains hanging off rails , toilet needs bleaching as dirty , wallpaper coming off wall, carpet felt unclean . General hotel presented tired and worn and needs a good clean everywhere. Bins outside on entry to hotel awful with rubbish everywhere and toilet dumped there, not good 1st impressions.staff need to smarten up and given correct information at time of booking g with regard to checking in etc. felt like we stayed at faulty towers hotel - breakfast was acceptable. Loud music still heard in bedrooms at 1am . Not worth the money we paid and should have asked for a refund as we nearly decided to leave as felt uncomfortable on arrival .
