Great location, village at grasslington exceed my expectation's. Great places to eat and lots of local shops that deserve our support. Lots of local walks. The guest house is good for a short stay on your way through Yorkshire dales. Best selection of tea coffees, hot chocolate we have been provided. Free parking always a good perk

The rooms were great. They were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are a great size and provide quality toiletries. Having the kitchenettes is handy. The staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. It was also brilliant that my request for adjoining rooms was fulfilled, and there were adjoining doors.

Nothing really, although we had to fiddle with the aircon in the night as the room was very warm, with no opening windows.

Cabin Location was perfect, in your own secluded space, peaceful, with birds and peacocks. The large picture window overlooking the beautiful Devon countryside and not being overlooked. Luxury facilities in kitchen and bathroom, comfort, provisions for cabin very thoughtful and generous. Thank you Elizabeth!

Constructive suggestions that didn't detract from our overall stay 🙂 Difficult to get away from the sun sitting by the picture window for the views, couldn't see TV because of the light on the screen. We thought that an outside a retractable canopy would be a great addition, unobtrusive as blinds would hide the unobstructed view, we get that. No instructions for the oven microvave grill that we recall but suberb, or heating thermostats as they needed re-programming - correct dates, times and temperature settings etc. We didn't know if it was on or not and if any changes we made had any difference, so opened windows to regulate. We did our best to sort the temperatures, so apologies that it may need to be re-programmed. Last things was the lumpy dipping mattress for me, but a personal choice. The luggage trolley is a good idea from parking to cabin, but broken at the time and difficult to pull over grass. A little golf buggy would have been great and fun 😁

Lovely little clean hotel.. Nice room with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good supply of tea/coffee/ milk. Really nice full English breakfast. Ideal location for the castle/cathedral area.

Staff writing down personal and details on Picasso of paper which should never ever be done. Major breach of GDPR and then to not even look them away just leave them for anyone to see. Reported to hotel and had no response at all
