Everything was clean, modern, and felt safe. The host video-called us to guide us to the accomodation parking, as the road was closed due to upgrades, this was very kind. Although, it would have been useful to know about this detour in the pre-arrival message exchange beforehand.”

  We love everything here, extra large comfy bed, clean room, clean bathroom with big waterfall shower head and super breakfast. I took my daughter to complete her cheer competition in Wellness Hub (just 6 minutes walk) and her session was early in the morning, we didn't have time to have breakfast, the generous man and girl just gave us the breakfast boxes to take with us. It's so kind of them and really good service even the staff at the bar, friendly and very helpful people. There's free coffee, tea and chocolate, you can do it yourself anytime you want. We definitely will stay here again.

  Fiona is a wonderful welcoming host who put so much love and devotion into this delightful B&B. Can fully recommend it. Fiona has a quiet room with yoga mats for guests to use and a small garden to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay, in particular the calming and tasteful room decor and the home baked bread. One night just wasn't long enough.

  Close to Harry Potter studios. Staff at breakfast were exceptional. My mum is disabled and a kind gentleman helped her get the bits she wanted for breakfast.

  The duvet cover had a rip in it. My daughters sofa bed had stains all down the side. Before breakfast I put our main bags in the car and we was going to return to the room afterwards to brush our teeth and relax a little before we left. This was only 9.30 am. However when I returned to our room it had already been cleaned and cleared out. Our stuff had been put in lost property. As I say this was only 9.30. One of us may of still been in bed. We hadn't handed the key card in as we didn't need to check out until 11. Was very unhappy staff entered the room while we was still occupying. So we just left!
