We stayed with our young toddler and the staff were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the interior design of our bedroom and the view. We visited in the summer so enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool which was nice and quiet early in the morning. The location is perfect - located just opposite Battersea Power Station shopping mall. There is a good playground for children next to the hotel. We dined at TOZI Grand Cafe restaurant and the food was delicious. We upgraded our room to include breakfast and the breakfast was great with freshly baked pastries, fresh orange juice, coffee and hot items from the menu. We could definitely stay again.

Lovely clean hotel. The room was nicely styled and looked freshly decorated, and was lovely and quiet. The air-con was a wonderful added bonus for an unseasonably warm weekend in September. Slippers and robes were provided in the room as well as a fridge, also very welcome. My friend and I had twin beds, which were incredibly comfortable, I haven't slept that well for quite a while. We did have a drink in the bar one night, which was lovely and seemed well priced. Great central location with public parking - we would definitely stay again.

It was tricky to find gluten-free breakfast options in the hotel, so we decided not to risk it, Parking - bays could be wider.

The staff was amazing Lukas have been so good even tho I arrived a bit late the first night it felt like I knew him since a long time, really the best welcome I ever had from him thanks Lukas, also Mo the other staff, I will never forget this stay there is true human beings and I am so grateful for this experience and stay.

Corridors need refreshing and there was a cooking smell throughout. No ensuite but that was our fault not reading in detail, however, the private bathroom needs a key lock just for room occupants so it is definitely private as it is open to anybody staying there.
