  It had everything you needed and was in a lovely quiet location. The little village had a pub within walking distance and the place itself was an excellent base for the lakes. What I liked as extra touches, it had washing up liquid, t-towels, dish cloths and towels. A lot of places you have to bring your own. Will definitely return.

  Tiny bathrooms, all rooms desperately needed updating. Actively encouraged not to have human contact of any kind. Microwave balancing on a fridge with crockery and cutlery balanced on top was definitely a health and safety risk in the family room we appeared to be in (3 beds). Bar closed at 9:00pm without notice, even when they saw us standing outside trying to get in (7 of us stayed here). Fortunately we found a welcoming pub just around the corner. I'm afraid I couldn't recommend.
