It is hard to find anything to complain about CitizenM. In our 2 nights stay we had a wonderful time. Friendly staff, good breakfist, fast Wifi, incredible view, spectacular roof-top-bar, nice checkin and checkout procedure. The room also have different power sockets. UK + US + EU? + USB type A for charging mobile devices.

Location was very convenient close to Paddington station, restaurants, shops and hop on hop off bus stop. Good size with facilities to cook if wanted. Lift was appreciated, although a bit creaky (due to age of building) was helpful with bags to second floor apartment and one of us with mobility issue.

Areas for improvement as overall good place to stay. Could do with new pillows for more comfortable sleep. Shower base extremely slippery when wet and a safety concern, more so for one of us with mobility issues. Tea towel needed. Lights so bright in living area (16. Down lights) needed dimmer or bedside lamp. TV needs tuning to local stations.

Staff were welcoming & attentive, Dean the night staff was very helpful. Our room was comfortable & clean, the bed was comfortable. Located very close to the station & a pub opposite...perfect to go out but just steps away from the hotel.

Staff could not have been more helpful. Location is fantastic and we all wished we could stay another night. We will have to return. Rooms were beautiful and beds were lovely and comfortable. Continental breakfast suited us.

Hotel situated close to motorway. Breakfast was a good spread of continental and english fare and evening meals had a good variety of choice at reasonable prices also a sheltered area for smokers.

Location is amazing on matchday, since it is very close to Old Trafford football ground, and close to supermarkets. View from the room is quite nice, although it could be quite noisy in the summer.

Wi-fi was not working and the reception did not want to help. I ended up finding a workaround because I am tech-savvy, but if I hadn't been, I'd have spent my 2 days without connection in the room. I asked many times for my rubbish been to be emptied, no-one came. It ended up staying in front of the door the whole evening and night. Reception & room service were not answering my calls; they said they were "too busy" when I gave them the feedback.
