The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located and in walking distance of different touristic attractions. We also visited the Jim bow law bar which was also very good. Music was good and although the drinks were a bit pricy it was worth the money.

Great size room, really comfortable bed Cool touches like an international adaptor and a funky kettle Very helpful staff who helped us with an issue before a concert Perfect location for exploring Glasgow or travelling around further (less than 10 minute walk to the train station)

Llandudno was lovely but this hotel is furthest away from the Pier and bars. The beach is all stones but the promenade is great to stroll along . Beautiful sunsets. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming to humans and dogs!
Negative section of review
Approaching the hotel is quite distressing it is extremely shabby. Inside was fresh in the restaurant area but the bar and corridors were drab. The bedroom was comfortable and clean other than the grout in shower was mouldy and the pipes to shower head looked unclean.

Great central location near restaurants etc. Lovely spacious communal space and work hub. Modern room.

Lovely hotel, great views, good staff and food.

Broken lift created a problem as booked on the third floor but receptionist resolved the problem by finding a first floor room which was fine.

Central for our time in Belfast

Good location in the center

I have been in apartment 1 which was quite old and need a good hand of painting. The curtains were all broken with the risk of falling down from the wall at any minute. Impossible to close properly. I have seen that was reported in other review and clearly nothing was done. I sent a message to ask for better cleaning and a different studio given the situation and has no reply at all.

Great and nearby

Quite okay
Negative section of review
Noise at times from other occupant and the size of the bed is small.
