  Nice, comfortable, spacious room for a good price. Large restaurant and pub downstairs with good atmosphere and reasonable prices. I would recommend it, suitable for weekly stay. 20 minutes with the bus to Edinburgh center, buses come regularly.

  It was well laid out. Exceptionally clean ( very rare). In a very quiet location. No noise at night outside or in the hotel. ( also very rare). The bathroom had good lighting. Great location .

  The pillows were lumpy. I couldn’t pull the duvet up far enough. The window did not stay up so had to wedge it open. There was no side light just a strong main light in the bedroom. I didn’t use the coffee machine as there were not enough milks.

  A stunning little house in a great location. Very comfortable and stylish. Nice shops and pubs nearby. Parking easy.
