This stay is perfect for any professional or visitor to Norwich who is looking for a base that provides comfortability and ease all with the bonus of an affordable price. The property has a prime location and is situated close to multiple bus stops as well as being walking distance from town. The rooms are always clean with fresh linen as well as towels. The hosts are always available if you need anything on top of being incredibly friendly. Check in can be done in advance and takes less than five minutes.

Plenty of hot water for a bath. Bed was comfortable and breakfast as good, although not given a choice of breakfast on the second morning- git served the same as the first morning.

Lights didn’t all work in the room. Fridge in the room had visible mould!! No phone reception (O2) maybe other networks are better… wifi didn’t work either despite being provided a code.

Lovely guest house. Really clean, towels changed daily. Owner was friendly and helpful. Guest house in ideal location to all the attractions. Would go again without a doubt.

Brilliant location. Communication with Keepers Cottages was exceptional and they were very helpful. The house is lovely, very comfortable and well appointed.

Unfortunately the hot water pump in the middle bedroom was very noisy when the hot water was used in the bathroom.

Location very central and close to train station. Breakfast was excellent and pleasant bar area.

There was one full length mirror in the bedroom, tucked in a dinghy corner outside the bathroom door and no socket near by. Consequently no mirror for doing makeup or drying hair. Absolutely ridiculous hotels can’t get this right! Could have easily put a mirror on the wall above the dressing table where there were sockets. Shower was over the bath and didn’t fit in holder so sprayed everywhere. I expect the basics to be right when paying £158 per night!

The hotel foyer and corridors were dirty. The room was not as clean as i expected. Cobwebs in every corner, dust on shelves and window ledge, broken coathangers, litter from previous occupants in the bathroom. One of the twin beds had a duvet cover instead of a sheet and the duvet was cover (on the duvet) was inside out. It felt neglected!

The specific room I was in (Room 101 believe it or not) had a long ceiling window that meant it was bright, plus neighbouring buildings could see in.
