The land lord and land lady were brilliant (sorry didn't get there names) very friendly and helpful. The bar was busy and found everyone friendly .I had mini bus and was nice that I could park in there large car park with no height barrier. The breakfast was amazing so tasty you get to pick what you want and was not expensive. If your looking for the Hilton not for you if you want some where to stay in nice friendly pub this is for you

Lovely location at end of Ullapool Main Street with beautiful views across the water to the mountains. Fantastic vegan options for dinner in restaurant with view (book a table!). Bedroom was reasonable size with shower that was ok. Hotel kindly provided fan to help keep us cool. USB sockets in room were a bonus. Good thickness curtains kept the room dark for sleeping. Friendly staff topped the experience.

Noisy guests used communal bench on balcony for a drinks party until late in evening.

The room was absolutely lovely, they'd left a little note which was very nice to arrive to. The staff were all friendly, and the hotel itself was clean, all in all. The hotel was an approx. 7-minute walk to Covent Garden Tube Station and an approx. 5-minute walk to the London Coliseum. There are plenty of food and drink options and a Blank Street Coffee Shop right down the street.

I sadly did not read the other reviews properly and whilst it says parking on the Booking.com page, they know nothing about it. I tried to ask a member of staff regarding this and she advised me that there was no parking associated with the hotel. There is parking on the street and you can pay for it via the RingGo app, HOWEVER, it's free after 6 pm and the maximum time you can stay for is 4 hours at one time. The bin was still full and hadn't been emptied after the previous guests.

In a world full of average places to stay Duncan has made The Westby stand out above all others! He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great stay. He let me check in very early,10am!, room was comfortable, probably the best bed I have slept in, breakfast lovely, he deserves the 10/10 reviews. Will stay again when in the area. Thank you Duncan!

Could have used a couple of (comfy) chairs in the bedroom area rather than having to get into bed to watch the big TV..
