Location was fabulous and so close to Camden Town, the house was lovely had really nice character, it was very clean and I felt safe as a solo female. I didn’t meet any of the staff/owners but the people I spoke to via the booking.com were super helpful and nice. I love the cats at the property. I have 3 black cats myself so it was so nice to be greeted by them morning and evening, there were lots of cuddles.

My only issue was the bathroom door, it didn’t close properly unless you really forced it and then it was really hard to get open again, it was completely stuck unless you yanked it, but that’s an easy fix and it doesn’t put me off staying again

A beautiful looking building on arrival, then we where placed out in the coachouse When I decided to inform staff before leaving the lady seemed very concerned, she also reduced the price of our stay, which although not what I wanted, did lesson the sting..

Our room felt like it was a prison cell It was not clean, hairs all over bathroom floor, Real grundgey dirt in corners of bathroom and around skirting boards, thick thick dust.on door tops, one sheet on bed, no mattress protector, the mattress protector was stained and underneath on mattress lots of dirt and bits.! The bed needs replacing definitely. The plugs in bathroom where dirty, the plughole in bathroom was blocked with tissue, the shower was not good, either needed running for ages to get warm or scolding hot. The TV didn't work and staff unable to sort it. It was so disappointing, my inclination was to sort it first day but my husband didn't want me to, so we stayed when actually we should have left.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Our room was lovely with vews over the garden. Staff were curteoaus and friendly and teh hotel location very good. The gardens were delightful

There were a lot of stairs, a lift would have helped but I undertand the difficulty of installing one in such an old building.

The bed was not comfortable and the noise coming from other rooms is horrendous you can hear the toilet flush and the drains crackle all night. No chance of a sleep in as can hear staff arriving from very early rather careless chattering loud outside rooms
