  The location is great for T5, the transport pod was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was small but had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. We will stay again

  Only one down point there isn’t a lift, we couldn’t have carried our cases up two floors so they gave us a ground floor room.

  Fabulous breakfast as usual. Although I feel since it's takeover it isn't as top notch as it once was. Great location tram stop right outside .

  Our room would of been better suited as single occupancy to say there are plenty of rooms our double didn't match up. Also wine bottles left outside room near us the day we checked in and still there when we left . Sometimes it's the little things ... just not as on top of things as they used to be .
