We were attending Chelsea flower show and the location of the rooms were excellent. Check in we arrived after 2pm as stated in our booking but were sent away and asked to return after 3pm. The rooms are on the top floor of a beautiful old building. We stayed in the Orange room it is narrow but overlooked the square. The room was cool and quite stylish. Lights out in the bedroom and bathroom and no fridge and very limited hanging facilities but the bed was so comfy and we enjoyed a comfy two night stay here. The bar below was very busy and you could hear people in the restaurant below but on the whole it was an enjoyable stay.

Facilities and lighting in room, air con set fire alarm off when set to warm and more worryingly didn’t seem to be linked to any others so just went off in our room.

We had an appointment at the Royal Free Hospital and stayed at the Quality Hotel the night prior to the appointment it was so convenient for us. Breakfast was beautiful and it was served at 7am The guy that checked us in was very polite and helpful. I asked if i could leave my car at the hotel while we went to our appointment and that was not an issue. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The location of the hotel is brilliant to shops and restaurants we had a lovely meal at the chinese at the bottom of the road _ Stag

Excellent location. Rooms a bit small but a lot of attention paid to decor to detract from small rooms. Breakfast could include more healthy fruit selection and seeds , nuts etc instead of meats and cheeses
