The choice of breakfast was great fesh fruit salad, yoghurt, cereal and a variety of cooked breakfast including smoked salmon and scambled eggs, tea, coffee and juice. The location is in the middle of Pately bridge on a one way side street with parking a few metres away, and was very quiet for such a location. A variety of eateries within a few minutes walk. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed.
Negative section of review
It would have been useful to have a socket by a mirror in at least one of the rooms to do your hair. Also a curtain in the twin room and a stool for the dressing table. Larger mugs and some larger wine glasses would have been nice, but not a deal breaker.

Everything was great! The apartament, very nice and cozy is situated outside street noise, supermarket is very close. The host was friendly, with great communication. Due to precisely indications we checked-in very easely. Very, very clean everything is new and functional. More that I expected, for a rezonable price. We will come back with great pleasure! Highly recomand.

The location of the property close to the major road network and the rail link into London,together with free parking,was ideal. The cottage was immaculately clean, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. There are lovely walks in the adjacent woodland and a friendly landlady in the pub over the road with great food. It was a joy to stay at Contented Cottage.

Absolutely brilliant stay. The caravan was beautifully kept and clean. The park itself has everything you could need. Perfect location for exploring. Excellent dog walks The host was very helpful and close by if we had any questions. Most definitely be back.

The staff were friendly and generally efficient. The breakfast was very good. We had one small issue with the temperature of our water but that was sorted out by a very helpful and friendly maintenance man.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Heathmount. The room was comfortable and extremely clean. The staff were fabulous, particularly Adriana and the young man at breakfast.

The location is very nice, in a residential area with lots of greenery. Breakfast was great with the warm food served individually.

The key cards don't work properly and we had to go down to the reception twice to get them fixed. Check-in was not smooth even though we had already checked in online. We had to wait 20 minutes at the unmanned reception desk as the (only)receptionist had to show each guest to his room, had a group of 6 before us. Probably considered as an extra touch to the service but not to the guests waiting in the queue.

Overall it is a comfortable apartment. We were able to cook meals. Central location. Good size shower.

Noise of people upstairs stoming backwards and forwards for hours. Noise from building across the street. No lift.
