Breakfast - excellent, good choices It's a Greene King Pub, so typical evening pub fayre, do book a table before you get there because there's limited options in town and if one kitchen is not operating in the town and it's a busy weekend, you may find yourself without food. Staff were really helpful as we had an issue with the evening meal and they were quick to fix it. Location right on the market place with a choice of 4 pubs within a 5 min walk all serving craft beer, car parking is £1. Walking distance to both the Black Sheep brewery and Theakstons. Would stay again.

The bed was on the small size (double)and given the aged of the building , sleeping on an angle with a fear of rolling off in the night was a challenge, however that's what you get with an old building. The floors are not level. A pint of Moretti >£6 Pint of Madhri £5.60 Old Peculiar (in the old casks) <£5

The location was pretty central, close to the sea front, Tower, and main attractions. The owners were fantastic and offered a really warm welcome. The property had a nicely furnished pool/TV room and a nice bar/restaurant. The room was adequately sized, spotlessly clean, and all facilities were functional. Breakfast was made to order. I selected the full English, which was well presented and cooked to perfection. Extra toast, jam, etc. was no issue. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, which was thoroughly enjoyed by myself, my partner, and Grandson.

There was nothing not to like. We enjoyed our stay

The property was everything we needed. As a family of 6 and two dogs it can be difficult to find somewhere where we can all be together. The location was perfect and we had everything we needed. Andrew was amazing, giving us location recommendations and local walks. We visit family is Sailsbury often and we will absolutely be using Andrew in the future.

The bedrooms are slightly dated in terms of decor but all clean and tidy and the beds are super comfortable.

Room was clean and had everything you would expect ( beverages, fridge etc) Bathroom was okay-a bit shoddy and needs an upgrade. Location was excellent and breakfast excellent too. Pleasant staff.

Bathroom was okay but same level as a Travelodge or Premier Inn. You might expect a more stylish suite and better tiling.

Perfect location walking distance to Oxford Street, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park. Plenty of great places to eat or shop nearby. Hotel was very clean, quiet location considering it’s so central.

The location, the breakfast and comfortable room

Building work going on plus bar expensive. We didn’t have dinner there as we didn’t want a buffet and this was the only choice.

Very clean, easy to get to and great location.

Nice shower with good water pressure.

Absolutely awful mattress, which was both hard and would tilt in the middle, rolling us into each other. Really loud, whenever you turn it creaks. Equally awful pillows that were thin and hard paired with a thin and useless duvet, which provided no comfort or warmth. Worst sleeps we've ever had in a hotel. Aircon in the room didn't work. Parking cost £40!! for the two days that we were staying there. Clean mugs at breakfast had lipstick marks on them and were poorly washed. - Not an okay level of hygiene. Slow wifi in the rooms.

Location for Kings Theatre.

We were a bit disappointed. Not many tourists here and this hotel had mostly full time residents, who wore pyjamas and flip flops within the breakfast areas.
