Positive section of review
- prime location, everything at walking distance- major attractions, bus stops - clean bathrooms and shower area - clean rooms - nice common area to chat with others - kitchen - rooms are decent spacious, can crack open a window. Has good curtains to block out light. - bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep - not to hostel’s credit but I had good folks in the dorm

- I was caught by a surprise to find there was only freezing cold water available for shower. When I asked at the reception, they said that it happens at times and I could go and take shower at another hostel downstairs. I found it very inconvenient as hot water is a norm in hostels and at the price I paid for it! - water would clog in some of the basins - they share a main door passcode at the start of the stay, but I was locked out coz I found that it was changed! Someone from the reception helped me get in but was arrogant to tell that it’s not her shift but she would still help me.

Room was comfortable.had what was needed.had a problem with lumpy pillows but was sorted by staff.. breakfast was good.few more options would of been better. Tomato not beans. Different egg options.

Place was looking a bit tired.specially in reception area.ceiling,porch needed a jet wash. These are first impressions on visiting.bed was a bit lumpy.

Absolutely, room was absolutely crap! Couldn’t even have a shower as no shower facilities probiu. Evening meal was unbelievable poor.

The hotel looks fancy but is very basic and offers very few amenities in the room. No iron, no robe, no phone; all-in-one bath products, and paper cups. I definitely expected better for the price.
