Anita & Terry are the perfect hosts. They made our stay feel like a home from home. The room was perfectly cosy with fantastic facilities. The breakfast in the mornings was absolutely beautiful and perfectly laid out ready. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We will most certainly be visiting them more often.

Staff were excellent (apart from check out). Food at dinner was very good with great service. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely cooked. Room was small but a lovely bed. Bathroom was small but well appointed. Public areas were nice with tables and chairs

We had a problem with no cold water in our room so showering was impossible. Did mention this at check out and the lady who dealt with us was quite off-hand. Did really sour our stay. We have contacted the hotel since and they have assured us the problem with the water has now been fixed (fyi rooms 202 and 204). So although we were disappointed it is good to know they have acted on the problem and fixed it. I firmly believe the apology they made was sincere.

For my, the stay in this location was exceptional - not only the rooms and location but most of it all the mindset and spirit of this non profit organization. My respect to the ones running this place, you make exceptional work here! Anytime again!

This is a very quiet, comfortable room with well-thought out use of space, especially in the ensuite bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the use of the garden on a tranquil spring evening and the helpful advice about local restaurants.

I had chosen this location because ground floor access was offered but on arrival I discovered a very high step to the front door which made going in and out very difficult for my arthritic knees. A second step would make access easier and safer.
