Handy to the airport & a short 5 min walk to a number of shops. Staff were very helpful & accomodating with the cold storage of medical items & the provision of practical local travel advice. 11am checkout was very handy as was the local bus stop just 20 metres up the road from the hotel which drops you directly try to the airport for a reasonable rate (2 GBP, rather than 18 GBP for taxi).

As usual for many UK Hotels, room was quite small, but this was no surprise. The same with stairs to your room, may be up to two flights, but again you are informed of this before booking. Price twice what I’d normally pay for similar, but proximity to airport, shops & bus kind of explains this.

Room was good size and clean. Bed was large/comfortable. Good coffee/tea in room. Bathroom clean, good size. Breakfast plentiful and well cooked. Staff excellent. Property areas very good.

Lovely small house near Earls Court station. Had a room with queensize-bed , the small bathroom was inside the room. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. Would come back.

Breakfastroom was a bit too small,if the hotel is fully booked, so you may have to wait to find a seat, its a simple breakfast.

Executive Lounge is hugely disappointing. Poor selection of drinks not kept stocked, snacks is crisps, we ended up having to dispense hot drinks into paper cups which over poured, no sight of any staff in the lounge for hours

It was dirty. The rug at the shower - looked disgusting 🤢. The bathroom was cleaned but only superficially. The hand soap bottle was empty. There was not enough toilet paper. The floor in the flat was stained. The bed frame seemed not to have been cleaned for ages. Anyone could access the flat - once the man tried to enter. He backed off when he saw me. I know it was not very expensive. Still I expected the flat to be simple but clean. A very loud neighbourhood. The staircase carpet was dirty. The widows were dirty.
