  Very nice clean spacious apartment. Had everything you needed and more. Lovely views to enjoy and relax with a cuppa, (as I did 😃) My wife and my 2 little boys enjoyed the 2 nights stay. When we got to the apartment and noticed the toilet flush wasn’t working, got the maintenance man’s number and he was out within 15 minutes. Very quick friendly service . Would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again if and when I go them sides again.

  Absolutely beautiful place to stay: location, value for money, attention to detail, staff presence & politeness…spot on! 1000% somewhere I would return! I really recommend this place!

  Slight lifting of the wallpaper on the walls in the toilets (situated off the restaurant area): just needs gluing down. Toilets smell lovely though, excellent quality soaps, and creams, etc. The temperature in the bedrooms was too high…had to turn the radiators off and open a window. Very good after that.

  The bed was what was expected and high quality. The bathroom is acceptable. I only stayed here as I had a foot injury requiring corrective surgery.

  The food was extortionately priced, and very poor. I requested a medium rare steak and most of it was rare and stringy. the brandy I had with my meal tasted watered down. The staff were too busy to listen, I asked what draught lagers were and was told you do Perronnii, I said ok and got a tiny bottle. My wife's meal was worse apart from the mac & cheese, tiny roasted vegetables for £7.50 Breakfast, mushrooms inedible, eggs cold, sausages good, bacon fair, and cheap baked beans. I left a tip only to find a service charge was applied. No site of bill. One of the questions is paid for wi-fi, it's like this with everything.

  The breakfast staff were aloof and not very friendly. My husband ordered a full English breakfast and when it arrived he had to ask for the toast separately. By the time it arrived I had almost finished my breakfast and his gone gone lukewarm
