Very loud room, it was like an engine was on for the whole time Room missing a few things like hangers and the plug game was a nightmare (no plugs next to the bed and only two in the whole room of which one wasn't working).

The room 909 on 9th floor is very badly put together; you got hair dryer but 3 pin & can't be used in bathroom as latter has 2 pin plugs only; no plugs near bed ; got iron board but again plug is back of tv! It had things but just to tick box! Fridge didnt have anything in it! No fan for summer time. Windows got no curtain but rather a wooden slider! 2 lifts of which one didn't work! So had to walk back about 10 floors to 9th floor as just couldn't get on that single working lift for 10mins! Stairs are in bad shape, smell & confusing as hell. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice
