It is a perfect little chalet with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and it has a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a nice patio area where you can enjoy the views. Shirley & Martin are lovely hosts to look after you.

This was a trip with my mum, who is now 80, a journey down memory lane because we used to go on holiday to Llandudno in the 1980s. Mum loved the property and the super friendly people who run it.

It’s a lovely apartment, very comfortable, nice and central and easy to get everywhere. But our experience was not good at all

1.5 hours before check-in we were advised that the second sleeper couch was broken and not available (4 friends staying to run the London Marathon and the main reason we booked this property was 4 beds). When I responded saying that we either need the extra bed or a discount, I was basically told “sorry for any inconvenience”. We arrived to all the cleaning stuff blocking our way into the apartment after 16.00. It was our plan to catch up on washing but the washing machine leaked all over and we were unable to do any more loads. When I reported it, I was just asked for photos and nothing was done about it. On the second day, the sleeper couch was returned, but we realised that our apartment was different to the one in the photos as we actually couldn’t fold it out in the lounge. There was no space for both. The host then attempted to “cancel our booking” on the site after our stay was done. I assume this was an attempt to avoid a review being allowed. I also had to follow up to get my deposit paid out once we had handed over the keys 48 hours prior

Misled about parking. Very little dedicated parking. When I booked informed dedicated overflow parking was over the road. In fact parking was at B&Q. Reception told me I needed to pre book the parking by the hotel but wasn’t told this when I booked. Matter made worse by most of the parking in front of the hotel being changed to electric car charging points. In addition had 2 false fire alarms in the middle of the night
