Location was excellent close to central station and the subway. There were lots of restaurants close by and with in walking distance to the square and shopping streets, staff were very polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and the windows were sound proof so no street noise could be heard while the window was closed.

The only thing i could mention could use an improvement is that the air con could automatically turn off at night if the room remained cool as the cold air was giving me a headache and it was slightly noisy. I had to turn off the air con and slightly open the window to ventilate the room a bit and allow some of the cold air out to be able to sleep, but apart from that an excellent stay.

Great location directly opposite the Principality Stadium which I actually entered on this occasion. Short walk into the heart of the nightlife and plenty of options for food morning and night.

the room was a little sparse and bathroom could do with an update but overall it has everything you need. Have stayed in one of the suites before and they are much better!

The staff both in the hotel and the restaurant were excellent. Room was big, comfortable and very clean. Good variety on the pub menu and extensive breakfast menu.

The bathrooms are quite small and the shower was tricky but that is just a very small niggle - the bathrooms were very clean so all in all no complaints

I was in the room downstairs next to the car park and the window handles are broken so noisy up certain times
