The location is excellent with close proximity to the city center for dining and shopping. The room was spacious and I liked fully equipped kichen. The table in the room was large and was good for dining and working. Having gym and laundry on the first floor was useful addition. Breakfast was same everyday but the quality was good. Pizza from the bar was large and tasty. It was too large for a single person but having fully equipped kichen allowed me to enjoy the leftover as breakfast! All the staff I met was cheerful and helpful.

There were only two lifts and one of them was always out of order. As a result, it took a long time to reach your room.

Love staying here ,means we can bring out dogs and there are no issues ,it's convenient ,staff are always polite and helpful .stay here on a regular basis and being disabled is never an issue beds are comfy and rooms are big enough..

The choice for breakfast was great and it tasted decent too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was in a quiet area and only a 5 minute walk from the centre.

On the 4th floor and wished they'd had a lift. When booking, if you have any mobility issues, ask for a room on the lower floors.

I had written to say we had heavy bags as we were travelling from Australia for 6 weeks. They told me there was no lift, I was ok with that as long as we could get help with the bags, which we did. But why they put us on the very top floor is still a mystery. I’d booked a long time before so it’s odd they didn’t give us a room on a lower level.

Great location for an early flight. I didn't have the breakfast as I was checking out at 5.30am.

Minor complaint would be no 'stand' in the room to place the suitcase - it had to be opened on the floor. Not a major issue though and I only had one case.

The lack of hot breakfast this time was disappointing. The continental breakfast provided was a bit ordinary. For example we stayed five nights and there were the same pastries and foods available every single day.
