  It was a comfortable room with a good bathroom. Great location, walk into Edinburgh. Car parking at rear. Rear facing room was super quiet. Beds, shower, pillows were all great. Super helpful staff.

  The property itself is lovely BUT it is NOT located where advertised. I was travelling via public transport to visit a sick relative. Discovering the actual property address is 11 minutes further from town than advertised with now easy bus connections to the hospital was infuriating. The correct postcode for the property is NE27 0EP The property manager Host & Stay charge and additional fee (by insisting that you purchase an insurance) prior to giving you access to the property. Given that there is an exhorbinate cleaning fee and booking fee applied by the property it's disappointing to say the least!

  we are assigned in the second floor need to take 3 level of steps, it is heavy for us with six luggage’s and an elderly person to walk upstairs
